Meet the Founder

Lika Tsintsabadze

Founder & Managing Partner

Lika Tsintsabadze is the founder of Nomos Georgia Law Firm and a highly experienced business and corporate lawyer with international academic background. Lika’s comprehensive legal expertise spans multiple industries, covering the full spectrum of Georgian civil law, corporate governance, real estate transactions, tax structuring, M&A transactions, business law, contract and labor law, and compliance matters. She has a strong background in litigation and arbitration.

Work Experience

Lika has been working for several years at one of the top law firms in Georgia. She has gained work experience in both the private and public sectors. With over 10 years of legal experience, Lika has advised a diverse range of clients, including local companies, startups, multinational corporations, foreign investors, financial institutions, and real estate developers. Lika Tsintsabadze has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2017, mentor-attorney specializing in civil and administrative law [N: 8135].

Lika represents Georgia on international legal and investment platforms, including LegalEx London, Nomad Capitalist Live, and global investment forums, positioning the country as a strategic location.Beyond legal practice, she leads national legal empowerment initiatives and advocates for women, responsible investment, combining legal expertise with public policy engagement and international vision.

Education

Lika graduated with honors from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law, in 2017, and in 2020 was awarded a Master’s degree in Private Law. She completed her studies in the Master of International Business Law program at the Lille Catholic University, France.
